Cancer is the biggest cause of death in the UK, accounting for around 29% of all deaths.

There are around 200 types of cancer, but the most common types of cancer are breast, prostate, lung, bowel, bladder and uterine (womb).

The Public Health Services for Berkshire produced a detailed report showing how Bracknell and Ascot CCG is performing when compared against national averages and other similar areas, in preventing, detecting and treating cancer.
